Android NFC Reader (card-read)

(In Development) A modernized Android app built with Jetpack Compose and Kotlin Coroutines. It communicates via ISO7816 over NFC to extract the Card Authentication Certificate (Tag 5FC105) from PIV/CAC/TWIC cards and POSTs the DER payload to the VSS Profile B endpoint for cryptographic validation.
